I checked the Primary Coil Resistance but am not sure how to check the Secondary Coil Resistance. I could not figure out the diagram. Can someone explain how you test it?

The Primary coil resistance showed 2.1 - 2.3 ohms @ around 15 degrees C whereas the manual said 2.7 +- 10% @ 20 degrees C.
I am not sure how the temperature would affect it, but it was below the specs slightly.

Unscrew the spark plugs caps from the spark plug leads. Set the ohmmeter to the 1k range, and connect one lead of the ohmmeter to the spark plug lead. Connect the other ohmmeter lead to the remaining spark plug lead. Secondary wiring 12-18k range.
