As usual and discussed in some length earlier here, vintage Japanese motorcycles are only worth what someone is willing to pay you. The older single two stroke Yamahas are cute but do not have a very large following when compared to a Honda 350, etc. Therefore the value is not that high. Then you are always "buying condition". In other words, a pristine piece commands much more than a ran when parked unit. Finally, a rare model may add value but I believe the condition is becoming more important than the model in many cases. Above average Yamaha G6 & G7 could be $600-950 depending on condition, maybe $1050-1100 if mint low mileage show bike. Just a guess.
