Hey guys. Does anyone know the service limits for the cylinders on the GT185? Or at the very least what diameter they are when new?

Engine nearly down to its componant parts. No major headaches so far. A fairly pitted R/H piston is the only real worry.

Here's a link to a service manual :

Go to small engine
then motorcycle
then wet yourself.

Ebsco is a library and academic resource, so all these are up for personal use, again, personal use.
