I do not know how any of you people with a winter make it thru all those months of being without riding. It has been 14 days since I was in the saddle and I am really depressed.
I have this to just stare at.
That's right, just stare at her because this damned cast won't let me on my bike.

Don't feel bad, Ray........I haven't been able to ride since last month due to progressively worsening cumulative injury to both wrists from CTS(carpal tunnel syndrome) and surgery scheduled for April 6th on my left wrist & even the elbow, too on that side. The right one will be done a few months after the left one heals up sufficiently. Workers' comp picked up the tab on this sh!t.
Bottom line, I'm sick to death of driving my !@%#$%@%&^&$*$&in'ass little truck around town and burning twice the ga$ to get around, not to mention sitting in traffic sends my blood pressure into hydraulic pressure readings..... .......I can sympathize, dude! It sucks bigtime to have to cage it. _________________

It is a real drag.
Putting a silver lining on it, at least you learn to appreciate it more...

There is a Silver lining to this cloud in that I will be riding in less time with this break than I did when I broke it the 1st time. I can almost pull the clutch in on my CBX with no pain, almost. When I can pull the clutch in without wincing in pain and the cast is off is when I can ride again.
Mark, we should get together for a coffee or something soon? We can drive to somewhere between your Burbank Castle and my Studio City Castle so the suffering will be minimal for both of us? _________________ Ray #1
