Anybody been to this before? Looks like its kind of vintage MX oriented, but I haven't been there. I'm only about an hour away, so I'm thinking about going.

I was there last year mostly British and Japanese, I had a great time, the swap meet was housed in two buildings. I plan to go this year also. Will

I have a CL350 I've been thinking about selling. Maybe I'll take it down there and put it in the "bike corral". Besides, I don't ride much in this 20 degree weather. It will be nice to see some bikes.

I don't mean to be a party pooper but it appears
that the date of this event is the 24th and not the 2nd.
Best,
Phil

It's definitely worth checking out if you are that close. A group of us are carpooling up from the NoVA again.... we found some great stuff at not so hatefull prices. I ran into a few members at the last one... which was really cool.

Will, I'll see you there!

Ah yes.... descriptions of ourselves so we can all find each other... brilliant!
I'll be the super short tattooed lady...... who may or may not have big white hair. (I'm not sure how much effort one can actually put into a hair-do at 6am)

I've got a luggage rack for a Yamaha TX or XS and a set of dust shields for a CA95...... they'll be in the car if anyone needs 'em, where's waldo me.

Wow! What a great turnout and I can't believe how huge it was this time!
Met a lot of people, got some good leads on things I was looking for, and talked... A LOT!

Will, I enjoyed talking with you... and still supremely jealous of your bike! Look forward to seeing you at meets in the near future!

JohnnyP, we didn't meet.... but I think I saw you .... or at least your jacket!

Anyway..... wish I hadn't blabbed so much and had some pictures to post.... but I don't... sooo......

Yeah,

Oh no! I'm pushin' 5 foot! I sorta see in the photo what you're talking about though..... actually, that's the tallest I've ever looked I'm pretty sure.

Steve... it was early..... I don't think I had huge hair..... for sure white.... It may or may have been on the big side... but I'd say it's from bedhead!

I didn't find as much as I was hoping to, but I met quite a few good people who also own Dreams and Puchs so it was worth it. Also found some snorkels for the silver jubilee. they went for 2 bucks on ebay.... plus shipping.... and I missed them. But found them at the meet and paid 5. Still very fair! Oh we also scored some Buco mirrors. I don't know.... It was just a really good time! Hope to see even more people at the next one!
