 After the thousands of crazy bikers that were around here this Halloween weekend, I would not be surprised if the cops pull somebody over tonight for having two too many little' twinkles' coming from their luggage area!
Organizers estimated the weekend crowd at 250,000....Local Police estimated closer to 100,000
