I quess it's the age of the internet, but it is disappointing that our forum has become a venue for the advertising of E.D. medications. I sure hope the site administrators take a moment to check out "new members" and see why they are really here..........Toss them out......

As I have stated before, there is no one to maintain this forum. The guy who started it does not want to do it anymore so we have been looking for volunteers but nobody has stepped forward. I am nervous that this good new forum will end up dissolving. Do you have any suggestions?? I am not a web computer guy but do think this forum is a valuable tool for our club. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Steve,
I'm the owner of the forum (in the application and hardware sense). I wrote a script that I run periodically that purges everyone who is a spammer. I removed about 50 of those A-holes the other week. All of my other forums get it too.
Currently a user has to pass a spot check where they enter randomly generated charactors when they register. (That only stops automatic web bots)
The only other thing you can do is have an admin verify and finalize their registration. So you guys would have to designate someone to do that. It's a feature I can turn on in the forum. Thanks. I'm glad you folks have been using and enjoying the forum.
Greg
