Stumbled on this site, good to see so much information being shared about these bikes.

Me... long time rider, took a couple years off to watch my daughter grow up. Now I am back in the saddle again! oh bad pun....

I just bought a 1976 Honda CJ360T with 8490 original miles, added gas, changed the oil, and it runs great! My next few items on the checklist are brakes, tires, carbs, and gaskets.

That's a sweet bike. Pardon my ignorance, but what's the difference between a CB360T and a CJ360T?

Basic difference is the CJ has drum brakes stock, and no electric start. All else about the same.

I am finding that all the parts and manuals are equal

Oh thanks. I was considering ripping out my electric starter. I haven't used it in months.
