I'm looking for the clamp that holds the mufflers to the down pipes on a 1971 Honda CB 350 would like the original type i have one but one is broken also the Gasket material which looks like some type of fiber material that fit inside muffler and over the down pipe where they meet for a seal can't find it Please Help me Thank You

The muffler gasket you are talking about is a muffler packing. That you can probably get any motorcycle shop. Your best bet will be to go to one of the indepedents, even the Harley shops will have that stuff. Avoid Cycle Gear at all costs when looking for that stuff. I do know the clamp you are talking about. Have you tried CMSNL.com, David Silver Spares, and Bike bandit? Worse comes to worse, and I had to use this on my 350, was an aftermarket Harley-Davison exhaust clamp.

When I viewed a parts fiche for your bike, I see why you're having trouble. The current fiche shows the down pipe and muffler as one piece and doesn't even list the clamp or gasket. The gasket is as you say a fiber sleeve that slides over the pipe and into the muffler opening. If your pipe measures 38mm OD like the CL pipe, Honda part# 18391-438-306 will do the job. The CL muffler clamp may work for you as well - #18371-286-300.
