..........to all of the VJMOG family. Hope you all have a great day with family, friends, and food. As you spend the day eating, watching parades and football, and snoozing, take a few minutes to consider the things that you are thankful for.

........Paul

I have lots to be thankful for and I am going to ride all 3 of my motorcycles today to celebrate my thankful attitude of gratitude too.
Happy Thanksgiving all, enjoy.

Let me add that I am very thankful for the friends that the VJMC has brought in my life. Family, friends, my Goldens, and motorcycles. Lots to be thankful for.

Sometimes, its the little things that you should be thankful for... like crapping in a toilet and being able to flush it.... Sad

last night my sewer plugged up... backflowed into the damn TUB!
yeah ok... not good, lets pull the service plug clear the obstruction, and we'll be good to go (1030pm) (ends up its roots 2 feet in the pipe)

broken plug, too old too seized tight.

today i chiselled out the REST of the plug, and needed to find SOMETHING to plug the hole with at least so it doesnt leak all over the basement....

i found relief (literally as youll find out) in the form of a plunger head jammed into the 4" main and twisted till i couldnt tighten it anymore.!!!!

i can wash my hands, i can flush a toilet, i can survive until tomorrow without a shower at home (inlaws 10 min away)

as im sitting on the throne for the first time about a half hour ago, all i could say was "THANK GOD!!!!!!"

so for everyone, be thankful youre not me, be thankful for indoor plumbing that works, and be thankful for everything else you have that you may ACTUALLY take totally for granted!
