| those title service companies figured out a way to make money off people to lazy or un-informed to do their own homework, almost all states have a way to get a title to abandon vehicles takes some work and apparently that is beyond some peoples ability, start at your state DMV web site... that said if it's so damn easy why didn't they do it? |

| CT doesn't require a title for 10 years or older. So no problem here as long as the VIN numbers are good. |
