I am from New York where I learned to drive at 16 and drove in all four seasons but, I live in Los Angeles now where we only have two seasons, summer and a couple of weeks of rainy season in your winter.
Being I learned how to drive in New York, I am a good offensive driver. Twisted Evil
Living in Los Angeles for 16 years has taught me how to be a good defensive rider. Wink
Accident free in the cage for 20 years and one day.
Motorcycle wreck free for 3 years, 2 months.

I just don't see how you can judge the driving skills of an entire states population by asking a very small number of people 20 questions. I know people that can score 100 on just about any test, but I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle! A little too much "spin" for me.

Looks like the test scores kind of indicate the dumbing down of America from the coasts inward to the plains. Oh wait a minute that's also the blue states to the red! <sarc>

Agreed.

I live in Los Angeles now, and driving in Minneapolis was just as bad.

Connecticut number 18? It should be a lot higher especially when you consider that they do not use turn signals and like to cut people on motorcycles off.
