http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130372244445&viewitem=&_trkparms=algo%3DLVI%26its%3DI%26otn%3D1&category=50000#ht_9666wt_1282

This guy has been trying to sell this crap on Craigslist for over 2 years now, and is now polluting Ebay. He'll continually insult everybody, points out he won a judgement on a case related to this bike, can't decide if it is ready to sell or not, keeps changing the price(up and down), tells you he has 3 tanks and one of them may be refurbished before sale. He has been found to have filed numerous lawsuits against Ebay and others, and is threatening Craigslisters that flag him as soon as his listing shows up.
Just thought I would share/vent.

This bike is WRONG on so many levels.

All the stock parts missing (Fairing, engine guards, grab handle, bags, exhaust) are all the parts that get destroyed in a major lay-down.

Oh, lets fix the leaking master cylinder with a rag tied around it, yea, that'll do it!

Only worth about $2000 anyway, the way it sits, provided it runs.

Beware of sellers that take pictures at night at a distance.

Kind of strange that he would put up an old picture of the bike. Especially, when he says he is selling it with an reconditioned tank. Now if he had some current pictures of the bike, might be worth the price. Stay away is all I can say.
