Hi, i remade the fork boots for GT500 and GT550 L year 1974(item number :51557-34110) that are no longer available. They are identical to the original interior and exterior, I still have some games. If you are interested give me a message at : fr.lavallee [at] free [dot] fr or pm message .

Hi Francois,
Just wanted to let you know the GT500 boots I bought from you a year ago fit perfectly and look great. What material did you use? The NOS boots I paid a fortune for on eBay disintegrated in 6 months, but I think your boots may outlive the bike.

Stu

Hi Stu,
I use an elastomere polyurethane of good quality. I spent much time before arriving at this result because he had to eliminate many problems (air bubbles , find the ideal temperature for hardening ...). The rubbers have a finite life. NOS are old and it is normal that they disintegrate in contrast with my remanufacturing which are new and will last longer.
Best regards.
François.
