Hello fellow Suzuki owners....

Last December I recieved a gift of an 1966 K15P 80 cc Suzuk, being now retired I thought I would like to take it apart clean and refurbish and hopefully get it back into running condition. My problem, I have never done anything like this before. I am looking to find any illustrated parts manuals, shop manuals etc. that might help me on this project. It was barn stored since 1975 (the last license plate) it's dirty with some broken parts, rear pegs & luggage rack, and the wiring looks as though a nut with an unlimited supply of electricians tape needed a weekend project.

Any help, comments or directions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, The retired guy from Niles, Michigan

Don't really know that bike...but I would think that the motor in those designation ranges in the service manual you do have would be almost identical...tranny gear ratio I guess would be slightly different.....just speculating here...maybe I should'nt Never hurts to try used book stores...might get lucky and find the the exact service manual you want....Here is hoping you do and here is a link to some used book stores in your area....Good Luck

Though most of the time you can check out which parts belong on which bike by visiting parts websites....here is a hardcover Suzuki Dealer parts book that is pricey but ........ http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Suzuki-K10P-K11P-K15P-dealer-parts-manual-1966-68_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem51894d970dQQitemZ350195914509QQptZMotorcyclesQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

Alright Blue! We got another one hooked. Reel him in and put him in the boat. We have a lot of fun around here with the old girls. (Don't tell anybody) See, I knew the guys would know about those old Suzis. I have a 67 TC250 which is an X-6 in scrambler clothes. Kinda pretty with those stingers coming out the exhaust. I like my girls a little on the wild side Wink
