well i replaced the piston/rings and top end gaskets, rebuilt carb and rotery disk seals and o rings, setup oil pump ran good but would sputter and wont go faster than half throttle, and the plug is wet with oil.the bike does not smoke out the pipe,i think oil is getting sucked from the trans into the cylinder.i was running it without a battery also,so i was thinking maybe it is not enough spark at higher speeds to burn the oil away and it's coating the plug with oil and fouling the plug.anyone with any ideas?it's my brothers bike and he has spent more money than it costed when he bought the bike new to fix it,and it's never fixed.so i thought i would give it a try but i never really worked on rotery disk valve engines before.hopefully it isn't the engine case leaking.

Doesn't matter if the oil is coming from the trans or injector pump. If it's getting too much oil and still running, I'd think it would smoke like crazy. With all the spluttering (misfiring), you're probably seeing unused fuel/oil accumulation on the plug. Assuming your breaker points and timing are set correctly, look at the float and wet fuel level. Shake the float, and listen for fuel inside. BTW, there's an O ring pinched between the crank gear and spacer that a lot of folks fail to replace, and that would allow trans oil to get sucked in.
