I just picked up a '68 Yamaha YR2 project. The price was right, but it will have to wait until I finish the two I'm working on now. '59 Capriolo 75 and '75 Kaw H2C.

I restored one in '97. Man that bike would wheelie in first gear under Hard acceleration. I believe those high bars were stock issue. It also has an oddball Mitsubishi DC generator.
I'd like to see your Capriolo. I know they are gorgeous machines.

This is what I started with on the Capriolo. That and the H2 are still apart. I'm bummed I didn't get the frames of either painted this summer. I'll see what I can manage. Looking for bearings for the Cap. H2 I was going to send out the tranny. I will probably reassemble as is. Bored out and ready to go.
