There will be a day when one has to buy a part from PM that is truly NOS (New Old Stock) with original old school stamp number (not a bag with a modern bar code) This is where PM makes his money by contacting/watching old dealerships shut down Think about how many small dealerships in all the very small towns across this great country with all those lower and upper loft parts bins that are even still in existence Some entrepreneurs wake up every morning with one goal on their mind....buy up 'the old for the new.' Paul just happened to do this earlier and with more zest I suppose.
On another note, as I have mentioned previously, I at one time wanted to send a T500 body set to PM to have painted. I would not do that now, simply because sending him an original body set would make me a very nervous puppy. I think I will look further into Marbles Painting in Texas for that/ _________________ _________________________________

I looked over samples at Marbles Mid Ohio booth last year. Their prices almost gave me a heart attack, but I suppose you do get what you pay for. Their paint work is unbelievably good. Too good, really. OEM was never that flawless. The clearcoat was so thick and lustrous, the paint looked like it was still wet.
