Geez... Just saw this thread. Keep it real and always above board everyone please. Oops Ray made a mistake, I forgive him. Now, I do have a pet peive on any transaction. That is that the price should be displayed as soon as the item is declared for sale. I hate looking at an object with a for sale sign in it but no price. The problem is it can waste time of both the buyer and the seller. If the price is too high then the potential buyer has to bother the seller only to find out it is out of his price range. If the price was displayed, he would walk away and not waste the time of both parties. Yes, I am interested in the siren for $5. Do you understand my point?? _________________ You only go around once in life, but if you do it right, once is enough!

This is one of the few places where we treat everyone with kindness and respect. Fasterspider, like myself is an old biker so at times we both can get very cantakerous. Especially, when someone tries to use this site to start a ebay auction. There is nothing wrong with giving someone a heads up on a rare and unusual item. I have done that a few times for various people on this site. But at least have the courtesy to introduce yourself first. Trust me you do not even need to this site to sell that siren. As I know of several police motorcycle collectors who are indeed looking for something like that and will be willing to pay top dollar for it. One should be contacting you soon to make you an offer fo a buy it now price.
Another thing you will not see here is the sort of bashing of parts sellers that goes on at other sites. We are all adults here and we firmly believe that most things can very easily be resolved by talking and working them out.

Steve I will be at the AMCA meet in Rhinebeck, NY and at White Rose this year. Still haven't made it out to Mid-Ohio yet, but I will. Give me a few years. At Rhinebeck I am in the Blue field. I have been there for 3 years straight. Just look for the picture of the Cat. If you are at any of those meets I will have a cold beer for you.

I am a wanker though Bill, I thought you knew.
I do apologize if I was out of line, I am not here to crush anyone's groove.
Oh, I don't know about that, Ray - a little "prickly" sometimes, but not a wanker............... _________________ Bill Lane - CB200-CM200-CB450-C70M-CL350
