Good for you...I thought it looked pretty damn good.That one looks to have proven their durability and it has a bare, functional,time-less sort of beauty to it.

I didn't see this post earlier. I bout a F7 Kaw 1972 for $550 and sold it for $1200. I would have told you to go back and buy it. Good for you!!! The joy of this hobby is cleaning up a "diamond in the rough" and this is a perfect example of that. Cool rotary carb intake bike. I can't begin to count how many bikes I've bought for very little money that needed just a little cleaning and adjustments.
Three come to mind... All said they needed a clutch, but the cable was adjusted too tight at the handlebar lever. Of course I go along with it needing a clutch and buy it anyway.
99% of the bikes I look at have flat tires, the seller always admits to it needing front & rear tries and tubes - $150?? off right there. Usually the tires fill just fine once I'm home.
