The mufflers are not horn shaped, they are just like a regular can-looking ones, maybe they were from some other bike originally? Anyway, I may go with white walls if they are easy enough to get a hold of, otherwise black ones are fine, but it will determine what color I powder coat my rims. Here's the bike:

So I've been looking at tires and I was wondering what a 3.25 x 16 equates to? Like a 90/80-16? That is only a guess...
Looking at these: http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/5/32/404/15047/ITEM/Shinko-SR714-Front---Rear-Scooter-Tire.aspx

My advice to you stay with the metric tires. You can find them, very easily enough. White walls are easy to get direct from Coker.

Finally brought her home today! Can't wait to get to work on some spruce-ups!

Here's the first thing I noticed: The shifter lever is too close to the left foot peg, I can't even fit my foot in there. It looks like the foot peg could be moved back, but then it wouldn't line up with the other side... maybe I could find a longer lever? Anybody have a problem like this?
