Ha! Pulled the left cylinder drain and NOTHING came out. Dry as a bone. Feel pretty good that the cylinder is getting some extra fuel in there from the slow leak on the left carb. It's REAL slow and clearly burns up pretty quick once the engine winds up and gets hot and running well.

I just need to take that shitty carb apart AGAIN, clean it AGAIN, and put it back together. Got another petcock but I don't think it's any better than the crappy, non-sealing one I have now. There's a new one on ebay, but it's, like, 150.00 or something. Considering I paid only 600.00 for my bike, I'm having issues paying that much for a fuel valve. But we'll see.

Surely there's a fuel petcock from another make or model that will fit and work for less than $150!!

Anyone out there ever successfully used another petcock on a T500 tank?
