Anyone up for the Rock Store tomorrow 01/03/10 ??
I will be there around 11:00 AM
I would love to meet anyone from this forum and any of the old group.
I will be the old f*rt on a Red '79 CBX. It should not be too hard to spot.
Hope to see some of you there.
Very Best,
Phil

Sounds good Mark, I'll see if I can find you.
You do seem to stand out in a crowd Smile
Best,
Phil

I have been there for the past two days and need to change a cam seal in my Scrambler so I can sell her.
If I do end up going, it will be around 11:30 or 12.

Ray, Sunday is a day of rest and motorcycle riding. You have to be there. Cool

I have been resting for two weeks and today Edgar is coming over to put his 985 engnie back together to get my 1100 engine out of his bike so I can sell it. While he is here, I will utilize his old school Honda knowledge because I have never changed a cam seal in a 350 twin before.

Hi Ho Hi Ho it's off to the Rock Store I go. Why not bring Edgar with you for
one last ride with the 1100 engine? I'll be leaving soon taking the long way
there. What a beautiful day it is.
Very Best,
Phil

I should have come up there today, Edgar did not show up until almost 1pm.
I got my Scrambler sorted out with a new cam seal and a timing & valve adjustment while I was there.

Sorry I missed you Mark, I hear you were in search of a bolt. I hope you found one.
Wow, was it a beautiful day for a ride. I could tell because every other bike in So.Cal.
was out today along with the appropriate amount of black & white vehicles. Perhaps I'll have the opportunity to talk to you sometime soon. Gee, I guess I could call.
Very Best,
Phil

Mark,
Sounds good to me.
If I am here, I will go there.
Steve,
It sounds to me like a good time to take a little vacation.
Say maybe to CA.
Best,
Phil

I may ride the Scrambler to the Rock Store on Sunday, she just got polished today.
New spark plugs work miracles on an old bike like my Scrambler.
