No. I'm going to do like every warm blooded male does.. Find an alternate set and try those. LOL

Haven't even looked at the bike since yesterday. Going to reread the manual and do a comprehensive search and destroy on the troubleshooting. Just as soon as Trent brings the manual back from his mother's....

The right side coil wire is connected to the right side cylinder.

I purchased a T200 that would not fire and I traced it down to the points grounding out on the stator. Easy to check with a continuity light. See if the coils have power with the points open. Then closed becomes a ground. Installed new points, timed it and away we went. Another possibility if you had the points wire removed, are the insulators in proper location.
I hope this helps.

Seems like there are only three new things added to this bike since it was running before..

Points. Condensers?

Powdercoating

New Battery

Have you checked this new battery? Maybe even put the old good one back in after charging?

Haven't heard if the bike fired up yet, but I wanted to mention that on a T250 the right side coil fires the left side plug. That is how my 1970 T-250-II scrambler came wired. When I bought it the previous owner, who couldn't get it to start, he had changed coils because one had split/cracked. It turned out to be bad points on one cylinder but I made sure he put the coils back in properly. Just track the wires from the points to the primary side of the coil and make sure the coils secondary wire is going to the pistion near TDC when that point side breaks open. Hope you have it up and running quick.
