One of the very limited range of smaller bikes Honda currently markets here in NZ is the CB250F. Its a single cylinder, dohc 4 valver, has lovely lines and a Eurosport riding position. Its also a full size bike as far as the seat/bars/pegs dimensions go. I think its a superb machine with typically top notch Honda build quality. Unfortunately its heavily outsold by a Korean built sports 250, and 250 cruiser twins from the Japanese marques. It will probably go the way of the Dodo. Sad...a very good machine.

I just have my 1980 Honda CB250RS and I'm happy (for now)! It runs real nice now (I've done my best to maintain it) so the next step will just be some aesthetic work.

Welcome (is it too late? I've just come across this) Those bikes are a hoot! I remember spending a day at the dealers here 'test-riding' one when they first came out. He couldn't get me and my house-mates off it Wink He didn't mind *too* much tho, because we'd all just recently bought new Bol d'ors off him. That bike was just too much fun. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Yep - every day I think I find something else to enjoy! I'd love to do it justice by doing a good job of restoring it. I think I'll just have to learn to do one thing at a time. Wink
