whats the paper w the l on it over the headlight ??? a uk thing ???
The L signifies a learner driver and must be displayed front and rear on both bikes and cars in the UK. |

| For what it`s worth, unfortunately even though the oil level is correct it is of no use if the oil pump has failed. Just another possibility to explore. Good luck and hope it turns out to be a relativ ... |

Just a long shot but check for a hairline crack in the overflow tube itself. Float heights can be spot on but the fuel will still leak out. Its happened before.
