maybe 2-pack polyurethane - (aka, 2-part) - base+hardener. It's the poly that is supposed to kill you. The Greenies are trying to get it banned here as well..

It looks like every bike that I've ever bought! You shouldn't get too worried.
I'd also replace the crank bearings while you have it apart. |
