Progress is slow but, there has been some.... I am healing with a new diet and new meds from my new GI doctor.

Just find a small hill to roll down and put it in 5th gear and pop the clutch, your question about a seized engine will be answered immediatly. NO TOOLS, NO MESS.

It's also possible that the PO installed random bulb replacements using 1156 bulbs. Those draw too much power. Go to any Jap bike shop and get 4 new Stanley turn signal bulbs. They're 21 watt.
