I think I'll try a small sanding block to remove the marks and then progressively finer wet or dry sandpaper.

So it seems I do probably have a 750 tree on there, or at least something other than a 500K since the top brace I got from Butch is from a 500 and doesn't fit. Bottom line, ... |

| I have fork oil too. Manual says 10w-30. Other sites say don't use motor oil. I don't know. I have bigger problems, see fork brace thread. |
