I've got a pretty nice CL360 seat if anyone is interested. The pan is perfect.
As you see it didnt fit with the CB360 tank.

I bought a 360t and converted to a CL360 and love riding it.
Got about 5k on it going strong.

Bill is spot on. Probably needs springs and mostly the little cups the springs push with... They are hard to find!
