Regarding the swing arm bolt, mine did not have washers, and I believe this is correct.

I also agree there was no factory installed washer. It does appear unfinished so I put one on just for look ...

I see your T10 has a hydraulic drum brake, now there is something that didn't catch on with motorcycles. I like unique stuff like that.
